In the past three years, we have completed over 400,000 sf of Class A industrial projects. In 2017, the 60,000 sf Slipstream Building and the 52,000 sf Beechcraft Building - both 32' clear, Class A concrete tilt buildings with modern and efficient systems - were built on spec, and leased to credit tenants prior to completion. 2018 will feature the completion of the 155,000 sf Gowen Industrial Park and the 60,000 sf Skyway Building. With a vacant land portfolio of over 100 acres, we have the capability for build-to-suit industrial projects between 20,000 and 200,000 sf. We focus on endeavoring to be the facilities partner to our tenants, not just a landlord, and attempt to create efficient building solutions that assist in their growth and success.
